Lesner Hearing Center (LHC) does not participate in insurance plans. Payment for hearing devices and services provided by LHC is the direct responsibility of the patient. LHC, will provide you with an itemized receipt and HCVA form containing all information necessary for you to file for reimbursement from your insurance company for covered services. We suggest that you contact your insurance provider even before you first appointment to inquire about your hearing care coverage including out-of-network benefits. If you are unable to make that call, we can do it with you while you are at our office.
Payment is expected at the time of service and may be made by check, cash or credit card. Payment plans are available on amounts over $250. Automatic payments can be arranged via credit cards.
CareCredit is a credit card designed to help you finance your health and wellness expenses by providing a way to pay for the treatments and procedures you want — for yourself and your family — right away (subject to credit approval).
Here's how it works:
Schedule an appointment at our office for your hearing evaluation and hearing aid consultation, for which there is no charge. The financing option at Lesner Hearing Center through CareCredit is 12 months at 0% interest. (Subject to credit approval. Minimum monthly payments required.)
- Apply for your CareCredit account at home or in our office. Obtain your account number at the time of application.
- Purchase your hearing aids at Lesner Hearing Center using your CareCredit account number.
- Receive CareCredit monthly statements.
- Make monthly payments, being sure to pay your balance in full by the end of the promotional period. Please read the terms and conditions for payment and penalties for late/missed payments and balances due after the agreed upon 12-month financing option.
